Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada: Standard Shipping $12.00 CAD, 7-15 business days. Express Shipping $20.00 CAD, 3-7 business days.
International (outside Canada): Free shipping, 10-25 business days depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates starting from the ship date, not the order date. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping cost.
