Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75 CAD ship for a flat rate. Estimated delivery: 8-18 business days.

US & International: Estimated delivery: 11-28 business days.

Delivery times are estimates starting from the ship date, not the order date. Delays can occasionally happen due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues outside our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping cost.
