30-Day Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Support@alcovehome.shop with your order number to start your return, and we'll send you simple instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers cover return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong — in that case, contact us first and we'll cover it or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
